About Gina Deschamps

“We have an historic basis of entrepreneurial thinking here at Endicott. We have worked very hard to create a strong foundation of entrepreneurial thinking, complete with the tools needed to help our students develop their ideas.
 

The amazing aspect of our endeavors here at the Angle Center is the intersection of all disciplines across campus. It is our goal to cultivate entrepreneurs in all areas of study.

Working as a senior sales and marketing executive in several Fortune 100, non-profit, and family businesses, Gina brings practice and academic experience to the Angle Center and the classroom. 
 

Gina has been very active in various leadership roles in the Greater Boston area including the Salem State University Foundation Board, Montserrat College of Art Board of Trustees, AIGA Boston, Girls, Inc. of Lynn, and the Printing and Publishing Council of New England. All of this activity has informed her teaching in the areas of entrepreneurship and family business practice.
 

A life-long “learner”, Ms. Deschamps holds a Bachelor of Arts from, and Merrimack College, an MBA from Salem State University, an MA in Organizational Communication from Suffolk University, an MA in Organizational Development from Endicott College, and a DBA from the University of Phoenix with a focus on entrepreneurial women. She is currently working to complete a Professional Development program in Entrepreneurial studies at Stanford University.
